The Facility Executive – Soft Services is responsible for managing and overseeing all soft services operations at the site, ensuring high service quality, smooth daily functioning, and compliance with organizational standards. This role involves coordination with vendors, supervision of housekeeping teams, client interaction, and continuous improvement of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1. Housekeeping & Pantry Management

  • Oversee daily housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and upkeep of all office areas.

  • Monitor performance of housekeeping staff and service providers.

  • Ensure cleaning schedules, checklists, and SOPs are followed.

  • Supervise pantry operations and ensure timely service at all designated points.

2. Vendor & Staff Management

  • Coordinate with outsourced vendors for housekeeping, pantry, pest control, and other soft services.

  • Monitor attendance, deployment, grooming, and discipline of on-ground staff.

  • Conduct periodic training sessions and briefings for support staff.

3. Client & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for soft services-related issues.

  • Handle escalations effectively and ensure timely resolution.

  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, end users, and internal teams.

4. Quality Control & Compliance

  • Conduct routine inspections of all soft services areas and ensure adherence to company standards.

  • Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and statutory guidelines.

  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives for service excellence.

5. Administration & Reporting

  • Maintain logs, checklists, and daily/weekly/monthly reports.

  • Track consumables, cleaning material inventory, and initiate procurement when required.

  • Support audits and ensure complete documentation.

6. Event & Office Support

  • Coordinate support for meetings, events, and office activities.

  • Ensure arrangement of seating, housekeeping readiness, and hospitality setups.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Team management and vendor handling

  • Problem-solving and decision-making

  • Attention to detail and quality-focused approach

  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask

  • Good knowledge of soft services SOPs and safety standards

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate in any discipline (Hotel Management preferred, but not mandatory)

  • 2–5 years of experience in facility management or soft services operations

  • Experience in corporate/office environments preferred
