Job Description

• Location: Changi Coast
• 5-day work week (Mon to Sun)
• Rotating Shifts: 8.00am to 5.15pm / 10.45am to 8.00pm

Responsibilities:

• Assist in overseeing daily repair and preventive maintenance works across villas, clubhouse, and facilities to ensure guest-ready condition.
• Conduct regular inspections of furniture, fixtures, M&E systems, aircon, and electrical installations, coordinating with contractors for rectification when needed.
• Monitor water meter readings to detect leaks and manage spare parts inventory, including stock checks and purchase requisitions.
• Enforce Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) standards, fire safety codes, and assist in conducting evacuation drills.
• Attend to guest inquiries, handle complaints professionally, and liaise with internal departments and contractors to support daily operations.
• Perform Duty Manager duties and other M&E tasks as assigned by Management.

Requirements:

• Minimum NITEC in Electrical & Air-Conditioning or equivalent with 2 years of experience in a similar capacity
• Electrical license by Energy Market Authority (EMA) will be an added advantage
• Good in decision-making, possess integrity, resourceful and able to work long hours if required
• Must be prepared to perform shift duties and work on weekends and public holidays
