Responsibilities:

• Schedule and supervise maintenance, repairs and inspections.
• Troubleshooting of RH Temperature, Power generator, chiller, air-cond and etc.
• Track maintenance schedule, contracts and liase with vendor.
• To ensure service, contract and level agreements are met.
• Ensure services engaged are appropriate to the actual site conditions.
• Ensure services delivered conform to the provisions in the contract.
• Ensure regular inspections are carried out and implement effective preventive maintenance program.
• Ensure all services are procured or carried out in accordance to the requirements of the quality and compliance procedures.
• Assist in fire or building facilities breakdown emergency response.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Real Estate/ Building/ Facilities Management or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of technical experience
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to carry out tasks with minimal supervision.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and with proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic and challenging work environment.
