Job Responsibilities:
To ensure that after completion of each job the place of work is left in clean condition, with particular emphasis on guest areas
To inspect regularly the function and safe operation of all equipment under his/her jurisdiction
To control closely the consumption of material by tradesmen of his section
To prepare requisitions for material necessary for the job performed by his subordinates and control the issue and consumption of such material
To supervise personally all hazardous works, including working at height, and ensure that all safety procedures are strictly observed
Job Requirements:
Experienced in related fields preferred
Bachelor degree or above in Electrical, Electronic, Building Services, Mechanical or other related fields
Good command in spoken and written Cantonese/English. Preferably understand and able to communicate in basic Mandarin
Knowledge in PC skills, AutoCAD and MS Office applications
Must be able to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
