Plans, designs and oversees the reconfiguration, maintenance, and alteration of equipment, machinery, buildings, structures, and other facilities. Gathers and reviews data concerning facility or equipment specifications, company or government restrictions, required completion date, and construction feasibility. Coordinates with architecture/engineering firms in developing design criteria and preparing layout and detail drawings. Prepares bid sheets and contracts for construction and facilities acquisition. Reviews and estimates design costs including equipment, installation, labor, materials, preparation, and other related costs. Inspects or directs the inspection of construction and installation progress to ensure conformance to established drawings, specifications, and schedules.

Proficient in AI prompting as it applies to this position and practice.

Basic Qualifications

• Experience managing construction and facilities improvement projects, including renovations, retrofits, and infrastructure upgrades.
• Working knowledge of construction practices, building systems, and the ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Familiarity with project management tools and processes, including scheduling, budgeting, contractor coordination, and risk mitigation.
• Documented multi-trade construction management experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Project scheduling and AutoCad use

Desired Skills

• Documented experience in construction industry
• AutoCad certification

• Ability to read/interpret blueprints and use digital/analog measuring devices

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $95900.00 - $178100.00

• For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
