Your main responsibilities:

• Coordination and supervision of technical, plant and infrastructure activities across the centers, ensuring operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.

• Management of energy efficiency initiatives, consumption monitoring, and relationships with energy utility suppliers.

• Supervision of systems and coordination of new diagnostic technology installations in collaboration with leading industry players.

• Planning and management of maintenance activities, refurbishments, and new projects, including budget evaluation and control of timelines, costs, and quality.

• Acting as a liaison with internal functions and external suppliers to ensure safety, compliance, service delivery, and operational support for the centers.

Requirements

The ideal candidate:

• Excellent knowledge of basic IT tools and good command of the English language. Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel;

• Availability to travel and operational flexibility;

• Basic knowledge of quality system standards and certification processes;

• Good interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills.

• Nice to have: knowledge of regulations related to the prevention and protection service, risk assessment, fire prevention, and activities subject to Fire Brigade/Fire Department inspections.
