The Director of Facilities serves as the primary facilities leader overseeing operations across the UAMS Northwest Regional Campus System, including the new UAMS Surgical Hospital. This role will initially focus on guiding the new surgical hospital through construction, commissioning, go-live, and into sustained operations before transitioning to full leadership responsibilities.
The Director will provide leadership for facility operations, including pre-opening construction oversight, facilities management, team supervision, safety and emergency management, financial and budget management, and strategic planning. This position reports to the Executive Director of Engineering Operations and collaborates closely with clinical, operational, and administrative leadership across the regional campus system.
This dynamic role offers the opportunity to lead a critical phase of facility development and ongoing operations for the UAMS Northwest Regional Campus System, contributing to the delivery of high-quality patient care across the region.
