Join KinderCare’s Facilities team in a fast-paced support role focused on keeping our centers operating safely and effectively. This position responds to facilities needs across the organization, including urgent center requests, issue follow-up, invoice processing, scheduling, and coordination with field teams and vendors. You’ll also support larger facilities projects such as multi-center renovations and refreshes, fire and life safety initiatives, room conversions, product ordering, state grant projects, and national vendor RFPs. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, adaptable, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and interested in growing their career within facilities operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and coordinate facilities work orders
  • Support centers, field facilities, and other KinderCare departments with utility inquiries, open/closing accounts, and submitting approvals and payments
  • Act as a backup to open/close utility accounts for new or closing centers
  • Review and submit facilities invoices for approval and payment
  • Provide thermostat troubleshooting and support to center directors
  • Provide administrative support to the facilities team including electronic filing and processing expense reports
  • Vendor management

Qualifications:

  • High school degree
  • Ability to be productive in a remote environment
  • 2+ years of administrative or customer Service experience
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite
  • Experience working with a work order system preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills; ability to solve problems and take initiative
  • Organized, resourceful, with strong attention to detail
  • Adaptable and proactive
