Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of office facilities, ensuring a safe, clean, and efficient working environment.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance, repairs, and supplies.
• Monitor and manage facility-related budgets, invoices, and procurement processes.
• Assist in space planning, office moves, and workstation setups.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Respond promptly to facility-related requests and issues from employees.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, inspections, and service reports.
• Support sustainability initiatives and workplace improvement projects.
• Collaborate with internal departments to support events, meetings, and special projects.
• Prepare and analyze reports related to facility usage, costs, and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities coordination or office administration.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
