The Facilities Coordinator Assistant plays a highly visible role in supporting the customer and employee experience across the Colorado market. Based in the Colorado Springs office, this position regularly engages with branch teams to ensure locations are well-maintained, responsive to needs, and welcoming to customers. This role blends customer service, coordination, and operational support, while also assisting with facilities needs and IT equipment distribution throughout the state.
Essential Duties:
- Build strong, positive relationships with branch teams by providing responsive, in-person support and follow-up
- Serve as a visible presence in branches, helping ensure a welcoming, professional environment for customers and employees
- Act as a liaison between branch staff and facilities resources, ensuring requests are addressed promptly and thoroughly
- Support branch experience initiatives, including coordinating small events or refreshments to enhance the customer experience
- Assist with coordinating facilities service needs and maintaining overall branch appearance and readiness
- Manage and support the distribution, tracking, and organization of IT equipment across all Colorado locations
- Provide administrative support including tracking requests, maintaining records, and coordinating services
- Provide backup support for Facilities Maintenance Technician II responsibilities as needed
- Maintain communication with the Colorado Springs Market President regarding branch and facilities needs
- Comply with all applicable banking regulations, including Bank Secrecy Act requirements and information security standards.

This position starts at $22.11 an hour and can increase from there depending on experience.

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in customer service, administrative support, or coordination roles preferred
- Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
Position Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally as needed
- Ability to lift and move light equipment or supplies (e.g., IT equipment, boxes)
