Facilities Coordinator (Shared)

Location: Burlington County Institute of Technology (Shared Position)

Position Summary

Burlington County Institute of Technology is seeking a Facilities Use Coordinator (Shared) to oversee the coordination of facility rentals, scheduling, and event logistics. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills, along with experience in facility management, event coordination, or a related field. Responsibilities include managing facility rental applications, contracts, staffing, billing, and ensuring compliance with district policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience in facility management, event coordination, or a related field preferred
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Experience coordinating schedules, contracts, staffing, and billing
  • Ability to ensure compliance with district policies and procedures

Salary & Benefits

In compliance with New Jersey's Pay Transparency Law, the annual salary range for this position is: $40,000 � $50,000
