At JLL, we see a Brighter Way forward for our clients, our people, our planet, and our communities. With over 200 years of real estate experience, we are, and always have been, in continual pursuit of brighter ways of working.

We bring to life a Brighter Way in all that we do by seeking better, smarter, more innovative ways of working. We approach our work in a warmer, more optimistic, and inclusive way.

JLL is a global leader in helping clients envision where people will live, work, play, shop, and eat.

What this opportunity involves:

As a Facilities Coordinator at JLL, you'll be the driving force behind Amazon's Sydney corporate office operations, creating an environment where people can do their best work every day. At JLL, we are collectively shaping a brighter way — for our clients, ourselves and our fellow employees, and in this role, you'll do exactly that by ensuring the workplace is safe, functional, and inspiring. You'll be the trusted point of contact for all facilities matters, managing everything from daily site operations to vendor relationships, preventative maintenance programs, and workplace health and safety compliance. We believe the most effective teams are built when everyone is empowered to thrive, and your work will directly support this by delivering a seamless, high-quality workplace experience. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of outcomes, and consistently raises the bar for service delivery. You'll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, driving continuous improvement and ensuring every detail aligns with Amazon's exacting standards.

An overview of the role:

  • Conduct daily site inspections across all floors, lobbies, and meeting rooms to maintain a safe, clean, and professional workspace
  • Manage the Corrigo platform and resolve all service requests within agreed service level agreements
  • Implement and maintain the Preventative Maintenance Program for building systems and equipment, ensuring optimal performance
  • Oversee third-party service providers including cleaning, security, maintenance, and catering teams, holding them accountable to contractual obligations and KPIs
  • Manage site facilities budget, track expenditure, provide monthly variance reporting, and identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Partner with Amazon's Environment, Health & Safety team to maintain WHS compliance, coordinate emergency response training, and ensure contractor safety protocols are followed
  • Build strong relationships with site leadership and business teams, proactively communicating planned maintenance and service changes
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using data and metrics to enhance operational performance and support sustainability goals aligned with Amazon's Climate Pledge commitments

Sounds like you? This is what we are looking for:

  • 2+ years of experience in facilities coordination, building operations, or corporate services within a commercial office environment
  • Demonstrated track record managing third-party vendors and service providers with accountability for performance outcomes
  • Experience managing budgets, processing invoices, and producing financial reports
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Practical experience using Corrigo or similar work order management systems
  • Working knowledge of workplace health and safety legislation and compliance requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Certificate or Diploma in Facilities Management, Property Services, or related discipline (preferred)
  • Experience in a fast-paced technology company or high-growth environment (preferred)

Benefits:

  • Great employee discounts off fitness, wellbeing & other renowned brands
  • 18 weeks paid maternity leave
  • Private Health Insurance Discounts
  • Active Social Club
  • Employee assistant program
  • Novated Lease for EV cars
  • Paid time off for volunteer work
  • Career Opportunities with Australia's #1 Commercial Real Estate firm
  • Premium offices
