Our Facilities Coordinator is a critical member of the ministry, serving by assisting with day-to-day administrative support and logistics of people and assets.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Enter, manage, prioritize, and assign work orders for all campuses
- Update each work order’s cost and manage associated invoices
- Tracks Capital Projects details and timelines
- Serve on the Capital Planning Committee
- Arrange meetings and take meeting minutes
- Assists in facility walk-thru's
- Track assets in CMMS system (Maintenance Connection)
- Assist in filing for Dining Services certifications
- Keep updated records of our utility accounts and meters
- Schedule vendors for regularly scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, and notify campus administrators of schedules
- Coding and processing invoices, statements, and purchase logs
- Manage camera and Prox Card Systems
- Create and updates policies and procedures
- Maintain master copies of all emergency manual materials
- Schedule reviews of materials and send out update
Fleet Oversight
- Oversee Fleet budget, fleet service needs, routine maintenance, and gas cards
- Keeps a current inventory of fleet vehicles and repairs
- Maintains ‘incident’ reports involving vehicles
- Maintains fleet registration, insurance, and certifications
- Manages the Atlanta Mission Approved Driver List

Physical Requirements:
- Must have the ability to remain in a stationary position (standing, sitting and/or walking)
- Must have the ability to constantly operate a computer and other office equipment, such as a copy machine, calculator and computer printer
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 25lbs
ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Moderate noise as in a dining services environment
- Low to Moderate exposure to communicable diseases as outlined by OSHA.
SPECIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS: This is an essential role for which the expectation is that employees in this role are available to work in the case of an emergency (i.e. building maintenance, security issues, public health or weather related emergencies, government intervention, etc). Work schedules and job functions are subject to change based on the business needs.
