We are seeking a talented Facilities Coordinator to join our team specializing in Facilities for our Cummins Grupo Industrial in San Luis Potosi, S.L.P.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Manages and ensures maximum availability of the site's power infrastructure and critical utilities, directly supervising multiple medium/high voltage electrical substations, compressed air systems, and utilities.
- Directly supervises engineers, associates, and technicians, ensuring work quality and strict compliance with industrial safety protocols based on internal company regulations and applicable national legislation.
- Maintains open, respectful, professional, and timely communication regarding site needs with their direct Manager and different levels of the organization.
- Leads the development of capital expenditure (CAPEX) and operational expenditure (OPEX) projects, with full ownership from the design and planning phases through execution, handover, and the technical-financial tracking of vendor payments.
- Manages and guarantees the site's legal and regulatory compliance during key audits, including environmental, electrical, hydraulic, and occupational health regulations, as well as automotive/industrial quality standards such as IATF.
- Ensures the continuity and operational optimization of the site through a proactive approach; analyzes, resolves, and plans, and predicts potential failures or risks in infrastructure and equipment before they impact operations.
- Acts as a technical trainer and mentor for the site team, training personnel in project management, regulatory compliance, and problem-solving and analysis methodologies.
- Continuously supervises and evaluates contracts and service levels (SLAs) for the site's large-scale service providers ( Electrical, Hydraulic, Cleaness, Gardening, HVACs)
- Guarantees that all infrastructure modifications, access control, perimeter maintenance, and external contractor management strictly comply with international physical security standards such as CTPAT / OEA.
- Efficiently administers budgets for capital projects (CAPEX) and corrective/preventive maintenance (OPEX), justifying return on investment (ROI) and ensuring transparency in the use of capital allocated to the site.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- More than 3 years experience as a Facilities or Maintenance Coordinator
- Solid experience managing medium- and high-voltage electrical systems, power distribution networks, and renewable energy assets.
- Technical knowledge in the operation, commissioning, and maintenance of critical industrial utilities and infrastructure, including HVAC systems, chillers, air compressors, pumping systems, and water treatment facilities.
- Solid understanding of mechanical systems, structural maintenance, rigging operations, and fire protection systems aligned with industry standards.
- Proficiency in Building Management Systems (BMS), predictive maintenance methodologies, and reliability practices to optimize asset performance.
- Proven ability to lead facilities engineering activities, including project management, contractor oversight, SLA compliance, and CAPEX/OPEX budget administration.
- Intermediate- Advanced proficiency in Technical English.
