The Facilities Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to theFacilities Supervisor.
Duties and Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contactfor the Facilities Department
Assist with and coordinate outside vendors such as landscaping, snow removal, cleaning, etc.
Obtain bidsand pricingfrom outside vendors for projects,servicesand parts
Assist with reviewing bids
Assist in Evaluating, distributing, and scheduling the daily tasks along with maintaining the facilities task list
Print, issue, and track all maintenance and machine shop work orders
Issue and record all preventative maintenance orders
Generate andIssuepurchaseorders
Scan and electronically file all facilities paperwork
Complete projects assigned by Facilities Supervisor
Coordinate the picking up and delivery of parts for Engineering, Marketing, and other departments
Coordinate and process non-stock purchase
Provide backup support for receiving, stocking, and maintaining MRO inventory.
Provide backup support for cycle counting and inventory accuracy activities within MRO inventory
Education and Experience Requirements
High School Diploma
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, network drive, and scanning
