As the Facilities Coordinator, you'll be responsible for all building and facility maintenance. This position also works in tandem with our Production Manager to oversee the routine care for all items and materials within our Dallas area property. Facilities Coordinator Responsibilities

• Responsible for building/facility's maintenance functions and upkeep/cleaning
• Perform basic repairs and upkeep which may include plumbing, electrical, automotive and more
• Perform pick-up and delivery as required
• Monitors vehicle maintenance and care (i.e. forklifts, trucks, vans)
• With local fire department, conduct appropriate fire prevention tests, such as sprinkler testing
• Responsible for securing facility
• Oversees and performs shop equipment maintenance as needed
• Works on special facility-related projects as directed
• Communicate any and all maintenance related issues to supervisor
• Carry him/herself in professional manner when collaborating with various staff and vendors
• Other duties as assigned by the Production Supervisor

Facilities Coordinator Requirements and Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED and 2+ years of related experience required
• Possess a valid driver’s license required
• Previous forklift certification preferred
• Solid organizational and communication skills
