Location:Camarillo, California
TheFacilities Coordinatoris responsible for building operations andworking with vendors on themaintenance ona varietyof systems including but not limited to electrical, HVAC, waste removal, compressed air and gases, water, plumbing, building automation, life safetyand participating in all compliance and quality assurance requirements. Partnership and teamwork with multipleinternaldepartments will berequired, as well asnumerousexternal vendors.
Responsibilities
Trouble shoot issues and repair facilities equipment using mechanicalandelectronicskills.
Create andmaintainequipment procedure and documentationRecord maintenance, repairs and troubleshooting in checklists and internal share drive
Work with and oversee vendors, contractors and suppliers as needed.
Request bids and prepare requisitions for contractors
Waste Management and treatment of Hazardous materials
Landscape maintenance andsprinkler system repair
Minimum Qualifications
Proven ability to work independentlywith minimal supervision while effectively managing time and budget
Ability to comfortably work around and handle chemicals safely.
Strong safety mindset, not only inwork practice but also inidentifyingpossible issues
Must work well with all levels of employees
The abilityto work hoursis basedon facilities and business needs, which may include skewedscheduleswith work on weekendsand holidays asrequired
Problemsolvesand address root causes of facilities issues including basic data extraction,analysisand reporting
Ability toread and understand technical documentation such as installation instructions, technical drawings, maps, plumbing and electrical schematics, panel schedules,datasheetsand manuals.
Minimum5 years of facility-related experience
DesiredQualifications
Certificate in one of the following: plumbing, electrical,or hazardous waste disposal
Validdriver’slicense
Ability to drive forklift,scissorliftor other heavy machinery.
Ability to pick upa minimum of50 lbs.
Comfortable on ladders, roofs,heightsand tight spaces.

A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this position is $25 - $36/hr.
