We are seeking an experienced, collaborative, and service-oriented professional to join our team as a Facilities Building Manager to act as the primary liaison for workplace operations and services across buildings in Santa Clara Valley, ensuring an exceptional and seamless workplace experience.
The Facilities Building Manager will serve as the central contact for building occupant groups and ensure operational excellence across multiple workplace environments in the Santa Clara Valley. They will partner with cross-functional teams to manage facilities processes, communicate changes and updates to occupants, and implement building-wide standards and services. The role will report to the Workplace Services Manager.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work in fast-paced, high-growth environments and adjust to shifting priorities.
Proven ability to collaborate across functions and advocate for internal customers.
Critical and creative thinking to streamline operations and improve experiences.
Familiarity with IWMS platforms, MS Office, iWork, and cloud collaboration tools like Box.
Demonstrated proactive and service-first attitude.
Bachelor’s Degree
3–5 years of experience in workplace management or facilities operations.
Experience interfacing with all levels of an organization and managing multiple projects.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
