FM Facilities Assistant

POSITION GOALS

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• 负责提供行政，设施管理部门及EHS部门的工作支持。

• 负责所支持部门的所有文档管理，包括纸质以及电子文档。

• 负责园区内日常运营耗材的管理，含采购，盘点，巡查，补充，汇总报告等。

• 园区行政日常供应商管理， 供应商对接，（包括虫控，快递，绿植，保洁及保安的工作配合等）；

• ååŠ©å›­åŒºæ´»åŠ¨ç­–åˆ’ã€å®£ä¼ ã€‚

• 培训中心/文印中心的工作支持，包括培训前资料准备，培训室布置、培训前学员信息登记等。

• æ¯æœˆæ”¶é›†å’Œç»Ÿè®¡å›­åŒºèƒ½è€—æŠ¥å‘Šï¼Œå®šæœŸå®Œæˆç³»ç»Ÿæ•°æ®ä¸Šä¼ ã€‚æ›´æ–°ä¸Žç»Ÿè®¡EHS运行数据，确保数据有效；开展园区EHSæ–‡åŒ–å®£ä¼ ã€‚æ‰§è¡Œå›­åŒºæ—¥å¸¸å®‰å…¨æ£€æŸ¥ï¼Œç›‘ç£è½å®žå„é¡¹EHS要求。

• 完成其他客户要求的工作。

Qualification

1. 全日制大学专科及以上学历

2. 2年及以上行政管理工作经验

3. 具备基本的英语读写能力
