Hours per week: 37 hours

Are you passionate about property, facilities management and turning data into smarter decisions? Join our Strategic Asset & Facilities Management team and play a key role in supporting a diverse property portfolio that includes offices, leisure centres, commercial buildings and valued community assets. This is a fantastic opportunity to help ensure our estate remains safe, compliant, efficient, and fit for the future.

As a Facilities Asset Management Technical Officer, you will provide vital technical, operational and analytical support across the service. Working alongside Technical Leads and Contract Managers, you will help monitor contractor performance, support maintenance and facilities management contracts, carry out inspections and contribute to the delivery of high-quality services that make a real difference to local communities.

You will also take ownership of asset information and reporting, maintaining accurate property data, identifying trends and opportunities through analysis, and producing insightful reports to support strategic decision-making. From site surveys and property measurements to developing reporting solutions and driving data improvement projects, no two days will be the same.

We are looking for a proactive, organised and detail-focused professional with strong analytical and communication skills. If you enjoy solving problems, challenging processes and building positive relationships with colleagues, contractors, and stakeholders, this is your chance to make a tangible impact. Bring your expertise, curiosity and drive to a team committed to continuous improvement and community outcomes - apply today and help shape the future of our property and facilities services.
