We’re looking for an experienced professional to join our team as the Facilities and Security Manager In this impactful role, you’ll lead initiatives that support the organization’s day-to-day operations while ensuring our facilities, security programs, and business continuity efforts operate seamlessly.
You’ll collaborate across departments, manage critical vendor and property relationships, oversee security and facilities projects, and serve as a trusted partner to senior leadership on matters related to workplace safety, operational readiness, and organizational resilience. POSITION PURPOSE
The Manager of Facilities and Security is responsible for the development, coordination, and execution of the security and facilities operations of the Credit Union. Maintaining such programs as Business Continuity, Facilities Forecasting/Maintenance, Leasing and/or Property Management, and Vendor Management. This role also involves conducting research and providing strategic recommendations to Senior Leadership on all matters related to security and facilities. In addition, as the Credit Union’s designated Security Officer, the individual will be responsible for the ongoing development, maintenance, and execution of the Physical Security and Access Control programs.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:
4-year college degree preferred plus 5+ years’ experience in security and facilities for a financial institution or closely-related organization. CRVPM Certification levels I and II within 12 months of employment. CRVPM Certification levels III and IV within 24 months of employment.
KNOWLEDGE:
NY and PA landlord tenant laws. State and Federal regulations governing Security Management Programs in the financial services industry.
