THE OPPORTUNITY
Are you a dynamic, energetic self-starter looking to make an impact? Reporting to the Head of Partnerships, you’ll play a key role in managing the day-to-day operations of facility and cleaning services across multiple sites. You’ll lead a dedicated team and support our valued early learning partner across South Australia.
In this hands-on and rewarding role, you will take the lead in planning, coordinating and delivering maintenance that keep our sites running smoothly. You will manage schedules, oversee teams and contractors, carry out regular audits and help drive improvements that make our operations even more efficient and effective.
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Plan, co-ordinate and manage reactive and planned maintenance work in accordance with legislation, contract obligations, standards and procedures.
• Manage the cleaning team and contractors, ensuring a consistent cleaning service and maintaining high standards
• Liaise with City management team to plan reactive and preventative maintenance resourcing and schedules prior to end of DLP and communicate to stakeholders.
• Maintain asset register in accordance with Partner requirements.
• Ensure that all Site change events have been configured in the operating systems prior to opening.
• Ensure relevant KPI targets are achieved.
• On an ad-hoc basis, investigate and provide reports / solutions on operational matters and initiate and drive various projects as needed.
To be considered for this role you will have/be:
• Tertiary or higher qualification in a Business, Administration or Technical stream
• Experience in Facilities Management environment
• Minor project planning and coordination
• Strong administration, planning and coordination skills
• Organisational skills and attention to detail
• Competency using operating systems and applications

The primary location for this role is predominantly South Australia and requires a regular visitation program to sites.
