Title: Facilities Analyst

Location: Port Hueneme, California 93043

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday

Salary: $77,000-$95,000 annually

ROLE

KMRG, LLC (KMRG) is a federal services company that hires talented professionals to support Government agencies and the communities they serve. We are hiring a Facilities Analyst to support Naval Construction Group ONE (NCG1) in Port Hueneme, California. In this role, you will help coordinate facilities planning, maintenance, project tracking, budgeting, and data management for approximately 150 Navy facilities across four installations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Facilities Planning & Program Analysis

  • Analyze current and future facility requirements and support semiannual Facility Requirements Studies
  • Develop and review Basic Facility Requirements (BFRs) and support Government validation and updates
  • Prepare planning inputs and DD Form 1391 documentation for maintenance, MILCON, and long-range facility needs
  • Conduct facilities studies and assessments translating mission, training, logistics, personnel data into facility requirements
  • Support command-level facilities planning, utilization reviews, and data-driven recommendations
  • Analyze Annual Inspection Summary data and prepare Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization budget inputs

Project, Maintenance & Facilities Coordination

  • Track facilities projects from initiation through completion and report milestone status to Government stakeholders
  • Coordinate technical communications with NAVFAC, Public Works, USACE, and other engineering support organizations
  • Support the two-year Minor/Major Maintenance Action Plan and help prioritize facility maintenance requirements
  • Analyze space-allocation and facility-improvement requests and prepare recommendations for Government review
  • Support the NCG1 Camp Maintenance Program (e.g., zone inspections, lock and key activities, and maintenance tracking)

Budget, Data & Records Management

  • Maintain facility funding trackers, identify funding resources, and prepare operating-cost and budget inputs for Government review
  • Maintain facility records, drawings, maps, charts, deficiency logs, and asset information
  • Use iNFADS and related facilities systems to support accurate BFR and asset-data updates
  • Use Maximo and associated facilities databases to support maintenance tracking and facilities-management activities
  • Monitor facility support agreements, requirements, data calls, and Integrated Priority List inputs

Inspections, Reporting & Administrative Support

  • Support NECC Inspector General facility Command Assessments and provide technical guidance to facilities personnel
  • Prepare correspondence, project documentation, cost estimates, environmental documentation, and reports
  • Prepare meeting notes, monthly status information, and other contract or facilities-management deliverables
  • Assist with warehouse, inventory, and materials-control activities supporting camp maintenance operations

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • Experience performing administrative analysis, data collection, reporting, and facilities-related coordination
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Navy Facilities Maintenance Plans, Basic Facility Requirements, and DD Form 1391 documentation
  • Operational experience with Maximo or comparable facilities database and maintenance-management systems

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, ABILITIES & SKILLS

  • Proficiency with standard office productivity software, Navy correspondence formats, and organized filing systems
  • Working knowledge of warehouse and inventory-management practices supporting maintenance materials control
  • Ability to analyze facilities data, generate flowcharts and reports, and present recommended corrective actions
  • Critical thinking, problem solving, public speaking, and the ability to learn evolving processes and procedures
  • Ability to perform primarily administrative work with occasional physical activity associated with facilities support

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

  • NAVFAC Asset Management, Facilities Maintenance Division, or Facilities Engineering Acquisition Division operations
  • Navy or Department of Defense facilities planning, maintenance, construction, or installation-support programs
  • iNFADS, SRM planning, MILCON documentation, facility command assessments, or maintenance-backlog management
  • Coordination with Public Works, NAVFAC, USACE, or other military engineering organizations
