Principais responsabilidades:
Profissional responsável por acompanhar e registrar a execução de serviços terceirizados de facilities, como limpeza, conservação predial, jardinagem, portaria, CFTV, manutenção e controle de pragas. Atua no apoio à gestão e ao controle de contratos, verificando o cumprimento de SLAs, padrões de qualidade, prazos e requisitos de segurança.
Dá suporte à coleta e organização de dados, elaboração de relatórios, indicadores (KPIs) e documentação técnica, além de colaborar na especificação de serviços, análise técnica e validação de propostas de fornecedores. Também auxilia na organização de documentos, no atendimento a auditorias e no cumprimento de requisitos de compliance, saúde, segurança e meio ambiente.
O cargo envolve interface com equipes internas e fornecedores, controle de materiais e estoques, além da proposição de melhorias operacionais com foco em eficiência, sustentabilidade e inovação. Requer perfil organizado, comunicativo, proativo, com atenção a detalhes, facilidade no uso de ferramentas de gestão e comprometimento com normas e boas práticas.

REQUERIDO
Ensino Superior Completo em Eng.ª Civil, Mecânica ou Arquitetura.
Idioma: Inglês Intermediário;
Pacote Office;
Conhecimento em e laboração de Memoriais Descritivos Técnicos e Equalização de Propostas ;
Conhecimento do módulo PM ;
Conhecimento em Power BI ;
Conhecimento em manutenção predial e infraestrutura ;
Conhecimento em controle orçamentário;
Conhecimento em AUTOCAD;
DESEJÁVEL
Idioma: Inglês Avançado e Espanhol básico;
ISO 9000/14000/18000/22000;
Conhecimento de processos Industriais;
Experiência em processos de governância;
