I st unsere Schule Ihr neuer Arbeitsplatz?
In der attraktiven Gemeinde Hausen AG wohnen rund 3’800 Menschen. Unsere Schule mit 333 Schülerinnen und Schülern sowie rund 50 Mitarbeitenden liegt zentral und besteht aus 13 Primarschul- und 4 Kindergartenklassen.
Als Führungsunterstützung für unsere Schulleitung (90%) in spezifischen Fachbereichen suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine Fachspezialistin/einen Fachspezialisten Schulleitung.
Ihr Wirkungsbereich:
• Unterstützung der Schulleitung in ihren Aufgaben
• Konzeption und Mitarbeit Qualitätsentwicklung und -sicherung
• Koordination von Anlässen und Schulveranstaltungen
• Koordination der Stunden- und Raumplanung sowie entsprechende Prognosen
• Erarbeitung Reglemente, Prozesse und Weisungen zum operativen Schulalltag
• Sicherstellung Controlling des Schulbudgets, Vorbereitung der Budgeteingaben
• Operative Umsetzung der ICT- und Digitalstrategie der Schule
• Verwaltungsaufgaben hinsichtlich Schulräumlichkeiten
• Sicherstellung Berichterstattung der Schule im Mitteilungsblatt der Gemeinde
• Projektarbeit in verschiedensten Themen
Das bringen Sie mit:
• Pädagogische Ausbildung und Berufserfahrung in der Volksschule
• Weiterbildung im Bereich Schulleitung oder Schulentwicklung
• Unterstützungsorientiertes und kooperatives Rollenverständnis
• Strukturiert arbeitende Persönlichkeit sowie gewinnende Kommunikationsfähigkeit
• Erfahrung in der fachlichen Führung und Steuerung von Projekten und Arbeiten
• Erfahrung im Bereich finanzielle Führung (Budgetierung und Controlling)
• Affinität und Interesse an den Themen ICT, Liegenschaften und Schulentwicklung als Ganzes

Hausen AG
The Department of Economic and Internal Affairs deals with important matters for the smooth functioning of the state, the economy and society as a whole. Amongst other things it is responsible for the areas of justice, the police, communes and the economy.
The Department of Education, Culture and Sports deals with all aspects in the context of basic and professional training, secondary schools and university education. It is also in charge of the promotion of cultural affairs, the preservation of cultural assets as well as sports promotion
The Department of Finance and Resources is responsible for the procurement and administration of major resources so that the Canton can fulfil its tasks efficiently.
Department of Health and Social Affairs
The Department of Health and Social Affairs deals with different tasks in the areas of health and social matters, consumer protection, the military and civil protection.
The Department of Civil Engineering, Transport and Environment sees to the creation of the major framework conditions for a good quality of life and a strong economic environment in the Canton of Aargau. Its staff deals with questions of spatial planning, energy, transport infrastructures and environmental concerns
State Chancellery
The State Chancellery supports the Aargau Government Council in terms of strategy, operational and legal affairs and communication. The focus of its activities lies in the optimization of the scope of activities of the Government Council.
