Fachperson mit sozialpädagogischem Hintergrund
Der Alternative Lernort bietet Schülerinnen und Schülern, die aus unterschiedlichen Gründen nicht in der Lage sind, störungsfrei am Unterricht oder in den Lernateliers teilzunehmen, einen geschützten Rahmen, um zur Ruhe zu kommen und ihr Verhalten zu reflektieren. Durch die gemeinsame Erarbeitung von Lösungen stehen die Stärkung der Selbst- und Sozialkompetenzen sowie die persönliche Entwicklung im Mittelpunkt. Gleichzeitig wird den Mitschülerinnen und -schülern und Lehrpersonen ein störungsfreies Lernumfeld ermöglicht, sodass die Lernzeit möglichst effektiv genutzt werden kann. Die Schülerinnen und Schüler lernen im Alternativen Lernort, Verantwortung für ihr eigenes Verhalten zu übernehmen.
Sozialpädagogische oder Heilpädagogische Ausbildung oder adäquater Werdegang

The Department of Economic and Internal Affairs deals with important matters for the smooth functioning of the state, the economy and society as a whole. Amongst other things it is responsible for the areas of justice, the police, communes and the economy.
The Department of Education, Culture and Sports deals with all aspects in the context of basic and professional training, secondary schools and university education. It is also in charge of the promotion of cultural affairs, the preservation of cultural assets as well as sports promotion

The Department of Health and Social Affairs deals with different tasks in the areas of health and social matters, consumer protection, the military and civil protection.
The Department of Civil Engineering, Transport and Environment sees to the creation of the major framework conditions for a good quality of life and a strong economic environment in the Canton of Aargau. Its staff deals with questions of spatial planning, energy, transport infrastructures and environmental concerns
State Chancellery
The State Chancellery supports the Aargau Government Council in terms of strategy, operational and legal affairs and communication. The focus of its activities lies in the optimization of the scope of activities of the Government Council.
