Bei uns arbeitest Du an der Schnittstelle zwischen Medizin, Daten und Versicherung. Du sorgst dafür, dass medizinische Leistungen korrekt, strukturiert und nachvollziehbar abgebildet werden – und trägst damit aktiv zur Qualität und Transparenz unserer Prozesse bei.

Deine Aufgaben

• Übertragung und Erfassung von Abrechnungsdaten medizinischer Krankenhausleistungen im Rahmen von Regressansprüchen
• DRG-Kodierung auf Basis eines vorhandenen DRG-Grouper-Ergebnisses oder anhand medizinischer Unterlagen (z. B. OP-Berichte, Entlassungsberichte, Arztbriefe)
• Dateneingabe und -pflege in einer spezialisierten DRG-Software
• Prüfung, Kontrolle und Korrektur automatisiert erstellter Datensätze
• Sorgfältige und strukturierte Pflege der Datenbestände
• Unterstützung bei der medizinischen Rechnungsprüfung
• Telefonischer und schriftlicher Kontakt mit Kunden und internen Ansprechpartnern
• Allgemeine administrative Unterstützung des Teams

Das bringst Du mit

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung, idealerweise im medizinischen, kaufmännischen oder gesundheitsnahen Umfeld
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Sicherer Umgang mit Datenerfassung und Datenverarbeitung
• Sorgfältige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
• Ausgeprägte Service- und Kundenorientierung
• Kommunikationsstärke, Teamgeist und Empathie

Nice to have (oder Lernbereitschaft):

• Grundverständnis von DRG-Systemen sowie medizinischer Klassifikationen (z. B. ICD-10-GM, OPS, G-DRG-System nach den Vorgaben des InEK)
• Bereitschaft, Dich anhand offizieller Richtlinien und anerkannter Standards kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln
