As a Face to Face Marketing Representative with Holiday Inn Club Vacations, you’ll be positioned in branded hotel lobbies across high traffic areas near Orlando's world-famous theme parks. Your role is to initiate conversations with travelers and invite them to visit our beautiful Orange Lake Resort for a tour in exchange for a gift or experience.

This is not a digital marketing or passive flyer handout position This position allows you to use your personality to engage with guests from all over the world in a face-to-face environment. Be the first impression of our brand and make every interaction count.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Approach and connect with hotel guests in the lobby and other approved areas
  • Qualify and invite guests to a vacation ownership presentation at our Orange Lake Resort
  • Offer incentives such as theme park tickets, gift cards, or resort stays
  • Share the benefits of our resort in a professional, persuasive, and friendly way
  • Partner with hotel teams to ensure clear communication and daily success

What We’re Looking For:

  • Ability to be outgoing and connect with people with confidence and clarity
  • Sales-minded and driven by results and commission
  • Comfortable with rejection and able to maintain a positive attitude
  • Competitive spirit and a desire to be the best at what you do
  • Previous experience in sales, promotions, or hospitality is a plus
  • Must have reliable transportation to hotel sites
  • Available to work a 40-hour work week, including weekends and holidays, with two consecutive days off during the week (MUST BE FLEXIBLE)
