Face Sculptor

Reports To: Head Trainer

Employment Status: Part Time

Stretch*d is seeking individuals who have a passion for helping others achieve their wellness goals. These individuals will introduce new clients to the Stretch*d space and deliver our signature Face*ssage service. Our unique service incorporates specific techniques to help sculpt, smooth, and tone facial muscles. This service also incorporates techniques for lymphatic drainage, acupressure points to relieve TMJ, jaw tension, and headaches. Face Sculpt*rs use tools consisting of gua sha, and microcurrent devices in addition to performing stretches with neck and shoulder massage. You must have a valid esthetician license or massage therapist license in the state that you are applying for the position. We are seeking leaders who are self-motivated, service driven, with a passion for developing the Stretch*d brand. You must be a licensed esthetician or massage therapist in NY.

Training will take place starting July 6, 2026.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Completion of Face*ssage training program
  • Upon completion of the training program, adhere to the Face*ssage techniques as outlined in the Face*ssage training manual
  • Provide exceptional hospitality and be personable to all Stretch*d clients
  • Furnish recommendations to the client based on the client’s goals that include follow up visits and an appropriate membership based on the recommended visits
  • Review and assist clients, when appropriate, in completing the new client intake forms
  • Actively maintain the cleanliness and organization of the space so each client receives the best Stretch*d experience
  • Work alongside the Space Manag*r/Advis*rs to ensure a successful and seamless client check-in and experience
  • Assist Management with day-to-day operations of the space including light cleaning tasks of the Face*ssage room
  • Must be able to multitask, problem solve and think on your feet
  • Light administrative duties
  • Performing other duties as needed

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year experience as a practicing esthetician or massage therapist
  • Must be highly organized and have excellent interpersonal skills and a service-oriented outlook
  • Ability to work independently, as well as on a team
  • Must have a strong ability to communicate clearly with clients, team members, and senior leadership
  • Valid Esthetician or Massage Therapist License required
  • Must be able to move and/or lift heavy items, up to 50 lbs.

Compensation

  • Hourly - $20-$50 per hour, including commission and tips

Work Requirements

  • Part-time, 12-25 hours/week, including at least one weekend day- must be able to work on Sunday
  • Ability to work flexible hours if needed, i.e. early morning/late night/weekends
  • Some holiday availability required (open year-round)

Supervisory Responsibility

This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities

This job operates in a client-facing, service-oriented environment.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or listen. The employee is frequently required to sit at a presentation station with a client for prolonged periods; stand, walk, bend, twist, squat, use hand to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms, occasionally climb up and down ladders, lift up to 25 lbs., and perform our weight bearing pressure tests on our customers.

Position Type

This is a part-time position. Evening and one weekend shift are required as job duties demand.
