Job Description

Meraki Group is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Facade Production Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This role will involve overseeing all aspects of facade production, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will lead a team of skilled workers, coordinating daily operations and implementing best practices in production.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the production team in the fabrication and installation of facade systems.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality control processes throughout production.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
• Monitor production schedules, adjusting resources and timelines as necessary to meet project deadlines.
• Conduct regular inspections of work being performed to ensure compliance with design specifications and industry standards.
• Provide training and mentorship to team members to enhance skills and productivity.
• Maintain accurate records of production activities, materials used, and inventory levels.

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering or a related field, with a focus on construction or manufacturing preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in facade production or related field, with supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of facade materials, systems, and construction techniques.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Proficient in production management software and project scheduling tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to implement effective solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with various project stakeholders.
