Job Description

Meraki Group is in search of an experienced Facade Foreman to lead our facade installation teams on high-rise and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of glass and aluminum systems and demonstrate strong leadership abilities to ensure quality and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations for glass and aluminum façade installations.
• Ensure all installation work is performed according to project specifications, approved drawings, and safety standards.
• Lead a team of skilled laborers and subcontractors, providing guidance and support.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to ensure the highest standards of workmanship.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to address issues and concerns promptly.
• Monitor material deliveries and ensure proper handling and storage on-site.
• Maintain proper documentation of daily activities, labor reports, and material usage.
• Enforce health and safety protocols on-site, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or relevant vocational training in construction or engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in facade installation, specifically in glass and aluminum systems.
• Proven experience leading a team and managing site activities.
• Strong understanding of facade construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
