Job Description

Eram Talent is seeking a skilled and experienced Fabricator Forman to join our dynamic team. As a Fabricator Forman, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing fabrication activities, managing a team of fabricators, and ensuring that all processes comply with quality and safety standards.

Your expertise in fabrication techniques and materials will be essential in delivering high-quality products that meet client specifications. You will also collaborate closely with project managers and engineers to ensure timely project execution and adherence to design requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the fabrication team, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity.
• Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate fabrication of components.
• Conduct regular inspections of work to guarantee compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
• Provide guidance and training to team members on fabrication techniques, tools, and safety protocols.
• Monitor inventory and order materials as needed to maintain production schedules.
• Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to address fabrication challenges and implement solutions.
• Prepare reports on project progress, fabrication quality, and team performance.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fabrication, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, equipment, and materials.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in the fabrication environment.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing project needs.
