Miscellaneous Fabricator/Welder

Shift: Monday through Friday - 10-12 hours a day; typical hours are 6:00am - 5:00pm

Pay: $20-27/hr.

Location: Lancaster, PA

• Cannonball Recruiting is currently seeking skilled Miscellaneous Fabricator/Welder positions for a Structural Fabrication company in Lancaster, PA. This position assists the Shop Foreman to produce projects within labor hours, within material quantities, and within the annual quality and safety standards.

Requirements:

• Miscellaneous fabrication/welding experience in stairs and railings
• 2yrs. Fabrication/welding experience
• Must be able to fabricate and fit structural steel
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately
• Ability to read blueprints and understand/read weld symbols
• Operate structural fabrication equipment
• Run saws, brakes, drills,
• Structural steel welding
• Strong personal character and integrity
• Independent decision making
• Work with minimal direction
• Valid driver’s license a plus
