KI, a world class supplier of innovative and award-winning furniture solutions for business, educational, and healthcare environments, is seeking a full-time Fabrication Operator/Bender Tender to join our Green Bay manufacturing facility on our 3rd shift. 3rd shift individuals receive an hourly shift differential of $3.00.

Job Duties:
The Fabrication Operator/Bender Tender is responsible for tending to auto tube benders across multiple fabrication cells and operating all other fabrication equipment in the cell. In addition, individuals in this role will assist in providing direction to fabrication cell technicians.
• Required to operate, edit and program tube auto bending equipment in multiple cells
• Maintain high levels of quality and ensure product is welded properly
• Operation of all fabrication equipment in the cell (robotic welders, hydraulic banks, drill presses, tube benders)
• Follow production schedules and determine what should run
• Successfully hand weld product based on production schedule needs

Minimum Requirements:
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred

• Strong Knowledge of Geometry helpful

• Ability to follow all safety procedures
Physical Requirements:
• Working in areas where it can get warm
• Working in a smoke free environment
• Activities including standing, walking, lifting, twisting and bending
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to assist in any given area of the plant if your area is slow
Shift:
• This is a 3rd Shift position
• Hours are 10pm-6am, Sunday Night-Friday Morning
• Shift premium of $3.00/hour
• Overtime during busy season
