Job Description

Nearly 40 years and still growing, this safety minded, fast growing provider of high-quality custom welding, fabrication, and maintenance solutions, is currently seeking a machine operator with experience in a welding/fabrication shop to join the team.

[ Duties]
  • Operate a variety of fabrication machines such as Press Break, Plasma Laser, Shearer Machine, Drill Presses, Grinders, etc…
  • Ensure consistent quality of all fabrications by performing in-process inspections with precision measuring tools to verify accuracy and identify defects
  • Troubleshoot operational issues with machines, perform routine machine maintenance, and support additional shop tasks when needed

[ Requirements]
  • Prior experience with at least 2 of the 5 machines listed above (Press Break, Plasma Laser, Shearer Machine, Drill Presses, Grinders)
  • 3+ years of experience working in a welding shop environment
  • Positive Work Ethic, Safety minded, and Reliable Attendance

[ Details]
  • $22-$28 an hour (depending on experience)
  • Monday thru Friday 7:00am-3:30pm; overtime as needed
  • Must pass drug test
