Qualified candidates will feed material into machinery, assemble mats, scan, stock, and/or store items, and lift up to 50 lbs.
Responsibilities:
Set up, operate, and monitor fabric machines and embossing equipment.
Ensure proper alignment, pressure, and patterns are applied to materials.
Load, unload, and inspect rolls of fabric for defects or inconsistencies.
Perform basic machine maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting.
Follow production schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols.
Record production data and report any issues to supervisors.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in machine operation, textiles, or embossing preferred.
Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a manufacturing environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new equipment.
Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
