General Scope of Duties:
We are currently seeking a reliable, hard-working production helper for our expanding operation. In this role, you will be a valuable part of our production team, ensuring our production quotas are met in a timely fashion while observing the highest standards of safety and quality. You will need to be reliable and punctual, able to perform physical tasks that are repetitive, and lift 50-75 lbs. on a regular basis.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Feed raw materials into production machinery
• Load and unload items from machines
• Ensure production requirements and standards are met consistently
• Work cooperatively with the production team to meet quotas and goals
• Store goods and raw materials properly
• Use lifting equipment and forklift trucks to fulfill orders
• Pack goods to be shipped
• Follow all written and verbal instructions
• Attend all safety and production meetings
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude
• Able to work overtime as needed

Qualifications:
• High school diploma/GED required
• 2+ years’ experience working in a production environment is preferred
• Capable of reading and understanding production documents and safety manuals
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Ability to concentrate while performing repetitive tasks
• Compliance with all safety guidelines at all times
• Physically capable of manual labor that includes lifting, bending, and reaching
• Capable of lifting 50 pounds unassisted
• Able to work on foot for extended periods of time
• Reliable and punctual

Monday – Friday
2nd Shift- 8 PM- 8 AM
Reporting Relationships: Reports to Floor Supervisor
Supervisory Responsibilities: None
Effort & Working Conditions: This position will work in a plant environment.
