Fabric Maintenance Planner / Supervisor-266968

UGL are seeking a Fabric Maintenance Planner / Supervisor to join our team in Darwin, Northern Territory. This role will see you complete planning activities in the wet season and supervise planned work in the dry season. Commencing ASAP, you will be a local Darwin resident and work a 5/2 roster.

The successful candidate will oversee the execution of planned maintenance work orders in compliance with the Santos Management System (SMS), EHS standards, and within the planning readiness window. Ensure the safe and efficient delivery of fabric maintenance campaigns for DLNG, while coordinating services, access, materials, and logistics to support successful campaign execution.

Key responsibility areas:

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain strong interfaces with all stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of maintenance campaigns.

  • Campaign Strategy: Identify opportunities to streamline maintenance by area, specific trade, services, or alignment with other events and overhaul work.

  • Ownership & Readiness: Define, communicate, and agree on campaign objectives, methodology, and ownership with stakeholders, while ensuring readiness processes and milestones are met.

  • Supervision & Execution: Frontline supervision of planned maintenance, corrective scope execution, and managing contractors and seconded labor.

  • Work Preparation: Develop detailed work orders and packs that meet deadlines and ensure high-quality technical and resource information for execution.

  • Leadership: Influence asset teams to adhere to SMS procedures and drive routine maintenance delivery for optimized asset performance.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with asset delivery teams and engineering members to develop effective work instructions and improve methodologies.

  • Data Quality: Ensure accurate asset master data and support improvements in corrective maintenance task lists.

  • Performance Monitoring: Track planning performance measures, identify opportunities, and implement improvements.

Qualifications:

  • PIF background, ideally in a supervisor capacity.

  • Proficient in the use of Computerised Management Maintenance Systems (CMMS).

  • Experience with SAP (preferred), Prometheus (preferred), Oracle, Primavera P6, MS Excel, and MS Project (e.g., P6).

  • Highly effective verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent presentation abilities.

  • Demonstrated ability to focus on safety, production, technical integrity, and budget management
