As our Fabric Lead, you will join Global Supply Chain in a newly created role with the opportunity to strengthen how we work with fabrics across BESTSELLER. You will bring specialist fabric expertise into the organisation, connect knowledge across the business and turn fabric insights into concrete improvements in sourcing, product development and commercial decisions.
Global Supply Chain is a key strategic function at BESTSELLER, connecting our brands with a global network of sourcing offices, suppliers and business partners. In this role, you will report to our Global Supply Chain Director and work closely with our brands and Fabric teams across countries, bringing knowledge together and supporting a more aligned approach to fabrics across BESTSELLER. You will also collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders across China, Bangladesh, India, Pakistan, Türkiye, Myanmar, Cambodia, Vietnam, Denmark and Hong Kong. Trust, ownership and collaboration define how we work, and international coordination is an integral part of everyday business.
Your focus will be to strengthen how BESTSELLER works with fabrics across the organisation. You will work closely with our brands, sourcing offices, mills and suppliers to develop fabric standards, strengthen our supplier setup and identify new sourcing opportunities. As Fabric Lead, you will use market intelligence and your knowledge of fabrics, suppliers and cost drivers to create greater transparency and turn opportunities into concrete improvements in how we source and develop fabrics. A key part of the role will be working closely with our brands to understand their product needs and ensure that relevant fabric opportunities and solutions are brought into the business.

You bring fabric expertise combined with a strong commercial and strategic understanding of sourcing. You are proactive, work independently, take ownership and confidently navigate across stakeholders and functions in a complex international organisation. We believe you have built your experience within fabric sourcing, material development, mill management or buying, where fabrics have been an important part of your work. You understand both the technical and commercial side of fabrics and how material choices influence the final product.
