Position Responsibilities: 1.Select appropriate fabrics and develop new fabric options based on product design requirements and market trends. Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure that selected fabrics meet the company's quality and standard requirements. 2.Conduct market research to stay informed about the latest fabric technologies and trends, providing support for product development. 3.Work closely with design, production, and procurement departments to ensure the smooth selection and development of fabrics. 4.Monitor fabric inventory to ensure continuous and timely supply.
职位要求
1.Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 3 years of experience in fabric planning and development. A keen understanding of the fashion industry, market trends, and consumer needs, with good product aesthetic taste and the ability to translate technology into practical products. 2.Strong material expertise and familiarity with the research, development, and production processes of clothing products. 3.Knowledge of the apparel supply chain and production-related matters, particularly cost management, to implement cost-saving and efficiency improvements on the supply side, achieving replicable fabric supply processes. 4.Strong innovation capabilities, excellent communication and resource coordination skills, and a strong ability to work in a team.
