Die Vishay Siliconix Itzehoe GmbH ist ein Entwicklungs- und Produktionsstandort für Leistungstransistoren (Power MOSFET) mit über 550 Mitarbeitenden. Vishay investiert in Itzehoe in eine neue Halbleiter-Chip-Fabrik und erweitert damit künftig die Produktionskapazitäten.

Was Sie machen werden:

• Sicherstellung der operativen Produktionsbereitschaft („Industrialisierung“) der software‑ und systemgetriebenen 300mm‑Fab bis zur stabilen Übergabe in den Regelbetrieb

• Planung, Koordination und Nachverfolgung von Ramp‑Up‑Szenarien zur Erreichung von Stückzahl‑ und Yield‑Zielen

• Konzeption und Umsetzung stabiler Regelabläufe, Produktions‑ und Steuerungsmechanismen (KPIs, Dashboards, Reporting‑ und Eskalationsprozesse)

• Aufbau und Umsetzung von Stabilisierungs‑ und Continuous‑Improvement‑Maßnahmen für einen robusten Dauerbetrieb

• Fachliche Lead‑ und Koordinationsverantwortung für priorisierte technische Workstreams (z. B. Control Room, Übergang Projekt‑ zu Regelbetrieb, Ramp‑Up‑ und Pilotbetriebsszenarien)

• Sicherstellung der End‑to‑End‑Integration von Engineering‑, IT‑, MES/APC‑ und Produktionsinhalten in das Gesamtproduktionssystem

• Übergreifendes Schnittstellen‑ und Stakeholder‑Management zwischen Produktion, Engineering, IT, Quality und externen Partnern

• Erstellung von Status‑, Entscheidungs‑ und Management‑Reports sowie Vorbereitung und Moderation technischer Projekt‑ und Abstimmungsmeetings

Was Sie mitbringen sollten:

• Abgeschlossenes technisches oder ingenieurwissenschaftliches Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Koordination komplexer technischer Programme oder Projekte in einem industriellen Umfeld, idealerweise im 300mm‑Halbleiterbereich

• Fundierte Erfahrung im Ramp‑Up‑ und Hochlaufmanagement hochautomatisierter Produktionsumgebungen

• Sehr gutes Verständnis von Produktionssystemen sowie IT‑, MES‑ und APC‑nahen Steuerungs‑ und Schnittstellenthemen

• Fähigkeit, Anforderungen und Lösungen zwischen Engineering, IT und Produktion strukturiert zu übersetzen

• Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hohem End‑to‑End‑Ownership

• Ausgeprägte Kommunikations‑, Moderations‑ und Durchsetzungsstärke im interdisziplinären Umfeld

• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint, für Reporting und Managementkommunikation

Vishay Siliconix Itzehoe GmbH is a development and manufacturing facility for power transistors (power MOSFETs) with over 550 employees. Vishay is investing in a new semiconductor chip factory in Itzehoe, thereby expanding its production capacity in the future.

What you will be doing:

• Ensuring the operational readiness (“industrialization”) of the software- and system-driven 300mm fab through to its stable transition to routine operations

• Planning, coordinating, and tracking ramp-up scenarios to achieve volume and yield targets

• Designing and implementing stable standard processes, production, and control mechanisms (KPIs, dashboards, reporting, and escalation processes)

• Establishment and implementation of stabilization and continuous improvement measures for robust continuous operation

• Technical leadership and coordination responsibility for prioritized technical workstreams (e.g., control room, transition from project to regular operations, ramp-up and pilot operation scenarios)

• Ensuring end-to-end integration of engineering, IT, MES/APC, and production content into the overall production system

• Cross-functional interface and stakeholder management between production, engineering, IT, quality, and external partners

• Preparation of status, decision-making, and management reports, as well as preparation and facilitation of technical project and coordination meetings

What you will bring along:

• A master’s degree in engineering or a related technical field, or a comparable qualification

• Several years of experience coordinating complex technical programs or projects in an industrial setting, ideally in the 300mm semiconductor sector

• Extensive experience in ramp-up and ramp-down management of highly automated production environments

• Excellent understanding of production systems as well as IT, MES, and APC-related control and interface topics

• Ability to translate requirements and solutions between engineering, IT, and production in a structured manner

• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work with a high degree of end-to-end ownership

• Strong communication, facilitation, and assertiveness skills in an interdisciplinary environment

• Proficiency with MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, for reporting and management communication
