Responsible for product performance evaluation. We use various semiconductor manufacturing equipment to evaluate product performance and create experimental processes. Especially for exposure, development, CD test, and defect analysis, we analyze experimental data and optimize it.

Key Responsibilities

• Create test process and procedure for new product including RD sample.

• Evaluation and analysis for troubleshooting of customer complaint using litho process tool.

• Support for product qualification test and R & D experiment.

• Lithographic performance Data generation for product promotion to customer.

• Simulate lithographic performance of our product on the simulation software for field support.

• Data management using statistical software like JMP.

• Manage and continuous improvement of all litho equipment and its processes using PCS

• Participation to safety, quality and production activities and meeting.

Requirement:

• Experiences of the Lithographic process in Semiconductor field.

• Understanding of Litho process and its evaluation method including Defect analysis

• Litho related equipment operation skills.

• Have basic OA skill (Excel, Word, Power point and other MS Office)

• Business level Japanese skill (reading/writing/speaking)
  
  

Qualifications:

• Respect for safety work of clean room and environmental control.

• Ability to work with team spirit and being the individual contributor of team member for deliver the stiff result to the organization.

• Good communication ability and cooperativeness.

• Have strong willingness of learning of lithographic technology knowledge for accomplished own role.

• Bachelor degree of science or engineering. (preferred)

• Have basic knowledge of statistical method and Six Sigma (preferred)

• Computer skills including network etc. (preferred)
