Job Description

This position is responsible for maintaining high production and quality, while ensuring and maintaining a safe work environment. This position requires an essential understanding and control of the fab accessories processes and accurate record keeping.

Overall Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all duties in the Fab Accessories area; end caps, edging, end splashes, back splashes, transactions, and boxing product.

• Complete quality checks and checklists as required.

• Ability to work individually or with other employees as assigned, acting responsibly and maintaining a positive work environment.

• Ability to stand on a solid surface for the duration of the shift.

• Keep work area clean and organized.

• Always observe all the safety rules.

• Participate in daily production meetings.

• Verify laminate amounts, gather orders, and process orders in IFS.

• Other duties may be assigned by the supervisor.

Essential Job Functions:

• Equipment: stamper, table saw, slitter, oven heater, hand roller, router, and glue machine.

• Use personal protective equipment, such as safety glasses and hearing protection, as required.

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Must be detail oriented.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.

• Computer skills.
