F&A Senior Admin Assistant – (Grade 07)

We are looking for a proactive finance professional to manage customer invoice disputes and billing adjustments. This role requires strong customer focus, analytical thinking, and the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer disputes via Salesforce, email, and Customer Resolution Portal as per defined DLPs/SOWs
  • Validate billing data, investigate discrepancies, and process accurate adjustments
  • Ensure timely follow‑ups and end‑to‑end ownership of cases
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and respond to customer queries professionally
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports to support visibility and continuous improvement

  • Excellent problem‑solving and attention to detail
  • Self‑driven, resilient, and customer‑oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
  • Ability to perform well under pressure
