Join our Process Owners Standardization Team as a Process Consultant, where you’ll contribute to the design, creation, and optimization of end-to-end finance processes across key functional areas. Working under the guidance of dedicated Process Owner, you’ll contribute to standardization and operational excellence.

This role is ideal for professionals passionate about process improvement, collaboration, and delivering consistent, scalable finance solutions across a global organization.

Your main area of responsibility in this position will include:

  • Supporting the design and implementation of standardized end-to-end (E2E) finance processes across functional areas
  • Collaborating closely with Process Owner to analyze current practices, identify improvement opportunities, and define best-in-class process standards
  • Assisting in the creation and maintenance of process documentation, workflows, and control frameworks
  • Ensuring alignment of process standards with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and global finance strategies
  • Participating and/or leading in cross-functional workshops and initiatives to support knowledge sharing and alignment across teams
  • Monitoring adoption of standardized processes and supporting continuous improvement efforts based on stakeholder feedback and performance insights
  • Contributing to project planning, execution, and change management activities related to process transformation

Qualifications

We are inviting to this recruitment everyone who has:

Preferred Experience & Skills

  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end finance processes in one specific area: O2C, P2P, or R2R
  • Understanding of process standardization and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)
  • Ability to analyze data and conclude the outcome/impact
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
  • 2–5 years of experience in finance process optimization, shared services, or a related role
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business IT, or a related field
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are an asset
  • Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI/Microstrategy, SQL, BQ) is a plus
  • Knowledge of in-depth Customer Accounting processes

Valued Extras

  • Experience using process analysis tools (e.g., Signavio) for documenting and evaluating end-to-end finance processes
  • Familiarity with project and task management tools (e.g., Wrike) to track progress, manage timelines, and collaborate across teams
