职位描述
1、建立跨部门功能团队（包含供应链，制造，质量，研发，售后等全过程相关团队），持续提升产品质量水平； 2、建立用户思维，积极响应用户抱怨，带领团队优先解决0MIS和3MIS的TOP问题； 3、运用6西格玛、8D等质量工具推动综合性复杂问题的系统性解决； 4、针对整车重大质量问题，快速建立临时围堵措施和长期纠正措施，评估市场风险，落实处理决策； 5、具备全过程质量预防及数字化赋能的意识和能力； 6、参与DFMEA/PFMEA相关活动，推动产品设计和制造过程质量持续提升。
职位要求
1、本科及以上学历, 理工科专业背景，5年以上的整车项目&量产相关经验； 2、熟悉汽车制造工艺及质量检查工艺，熟悉汽车产品构造和特性； 3、熟悉质量分析工具（如：8D、6Sigma），具备牵头分析复杂质量问题能力； 4、具备良好的沟通协调和组织能力，能够快速适应和学习。
