
ROLE PURPOSE: The F2F Fundraising Coordinator is responsible for the programme coordination, performance monitoring, and quality assurance of outsourced fundraising agencies (vendors) partnering with Save the Children Indonesia. This role acts as the primary operational support for the F2F implementation strategy, ensuring that third-party partners achieve 100% of member acquisition targets while maintaining Save the Children’s high standards for member quality, brand integrity, and operational excellence.
KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:
Agency Performance & KPI Management
Ensure outsourced agencies meet 100% of monthly committed donor goals for Save The Children, reflecting the required Sign-Up/Day targets.
Drive and monitor a target volume growth through strategic agency coordination and performance optimization.
Monitor results to ensure the attrition rate of new member remains below the agreed target.
Monitor progress against the face-to-face work plan, expenditure, and budget to ensure acquisition is cost-effective.
In collaboration with the IG Member Care team, provide agencies with the latest program updates
Facilitate and execute morale-building initiatives plan to ensure agency fundraisers remain highly engaged with the Save the Children mission.
2. Vendor Management & Procurement
Coordinate supplier arrangements and contracts, ensuring all obligations are met by the agencies and Save the Children.
Coordinate the administrative procurement process, manage vendor invoicing, and coordinate with the finance and logistics departments for smooth operations.
Arrange the regular update of meetings with agency management to optimize efficiency and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
3. Administrative Focal Point & STC Compliance
Procurement & Finance Liaison: Manage the end-to-end administrative procurement process for F2F activities, including vendor invoicing, payment tracking, and logistics coordination.
Contractual Compliance: Act as the primary monitor for Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring vendors fulfil all contractual obligations and STC-specific requests in a timely manner.
Documentation Management: Maintain organized records of vendor contracts, performance reviews, site approvals, and training logs for audit readiness.
Resource Management: Coordinate the distribution of fundraising materials (IDs, forms, branding kits) and ensure all outsourced staff are equipped according to STC requirements.
4. Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting
Provide day-to-day operational updates and campaign health reports to the line manager.
Supervise the administration of performance data to ensure all results are tracked accurately on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Ensure all agency activities follow Save the Children's policies, fundraising regulations, and government requirements.
Execute and implement all annual planning strategy for face-to-face acquisition to acquire quality new member of Komunitas Pahlawan Anak-Save The Children

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Essential
Minimum 3 years of working experience in related fields (Individual Giving Fundraising acquisition, Sales or Marketing).
Bachelor's degree in communication, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven successful experience in managing third-party agencies/vendors or managing sales or acquisition teams.
Highly effective communication skills, with fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
Excellent coordination, problem-solving with details
Deep commitment to Save the Children’s mission and child safeguarding policies.Willingness to travel nationally and spend significant time in the field.
Desirable
Knowledge of face-to-face fundraising programs.
Experience in the Sales or Insurance sectors.
Good English communication skills (written and verbal).
