职位描述
工作范围： 1.负责涂装新车型工装夹具开发导入工作； 2.负责涂装工装夹具的管理，对现有夹具持续改进； 3.负责涂装工装夹具质量改进，解决现场发生的问题； 4.负责涂装工装夹具清洗、转运、校准、库存管理，负责夹具外包供应商日常管理 工作职责： 一、项目建设阶段： 1. 制定、实施、维护夹具相关文件，确保交付物按照要求完成； 2. 负责跟踪夹具实施进度，核对交付物与图纸一致性； 二、车型导入阶段： 1. 负责新车型夹具调试计划制定； 2. 负责夹具方案的设计验证，跟踪新车型导入全过程； 3. 负责设计夹具清洗流程、运转路线，校准规范等工作； 4. 负责新车型启动阶段夹具的问题解决； 三、量产阶段： 1. 负责响应现场相关问题，高效分析问题根本原因并制定落实长短期措施； 2. 负责脱漆剂消耗状态跟踪和分析； 3. 负责夹具的日常管理；（运转、清洗、校准、盘点等） 4. 负责夹具外包供应商日常管理； 5. 负责夹具的持续改善优化及降本增效； 6. 其它上级交代的任务。
