As an MRO Propulsion Engineer you will take ownership of the maintenance, refurbishment, and overhaul (MRO) lifecycle of our F100 engines—including acceptance testing. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll work side-by-side with passionate engineers and technicians to keep our propulsion systems performing at their best. Own all or a significant portion of the F100 MRO lifecycle
Collaborate daily with cross-disciplinary engineers and technicians
Drive high-quality, safe, and efficient refurbishment processes
Support testing campaigns and engine acceptance activities
Contribute to a fast-paced environment where engineering and execution come together
Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering
3+ years of F100 MRO experience, or experience with a similar-thrust class engine
2+ years of professional experience designing flight propulsion hardware
Strong engineering fundamentals in:
Combustion
Thermodynamics
Heat transfer
Fluid dynamics
Structural dynamics
Materials science
Willingness to travel to support build and test campaigns
