职位描述

1、负责跟踪车间生产工单完成情况，检查成本数据准确性
Responsible for tracking the workshop production order completion, check the accuracy of cost data;
2、负责工厂成本核算，结算产品实际成本并完成相关成本分析报告
Do costing monthly closing, settle actual cost and complete the analysis report of actual vs standard cost
3、ERP相关CO数据的维护
ERP related Co data maintenance
4、负责标准成本管理，日常标准成本维护及年度更新
Responsible for standard cost management, daily standard cost maintenance and annual update
5、参与工厂成本核算方案的制定和成本目标规划
Design the factory cost control management system and set the cost target
6、协助完善工厂各项业务流程，防范工厂运行的内控风险
Get to know the diffrerent workflows in the plant. Control operation risk within the company's policy
7、组织完成对工厂人员财务相关流程的培训
Organizs fanacial trainings in the plant

期望能力要求：
1、会计、财务管理或相关专业，本科及以上学历
With the major of accounting, financial management or related, with bachelor degree or above
2、3-5年以上成本会计工作经验，有大型制造型企业成本控制经验优先
3-5 years’ experience in financial analysis in manufacturing company will be preferred
3、能够熟练使用Word, Excel, PowerPoint等常用办公软件
Have good skills in MS Office like Word Excel and PowerPoint
4、能够熟练掌握计算机的操作和SAP的应用，有CO模块成本月结经验优先
Experienced in SAP，Got the monthly costing closing experience will be preferred
